Taking Charge of Your Fertility All women should track their cycles. It's not just for conception or the avoidance of pregnancy. Many heath issues can show up first as a change in your pattern. For those of you with fertility issues, this book teaches you how to determine the cause of infertility from lack of ovulation to miscarriage. The point of the problem with becoming and maintaining a pregnancy is extremely important to determining the treatment. The problem could be as simple as ovulation occurs on day 20 instead of day 14. Recommends that sex for conception be left to only your defined fertile days-the rest of the time is for fun and no pressure because you KNOW it's not for a baby. Keeps the fun in a relationship with fertility concerns. Please look into this book if you concerns about this issue.
